Acupuncture
+ Bodywork Options
Offerings
Robyn and Katie both offer acupuncture sessions enriched with soothing essential oils, vibrational tuning forks, and the therapeutic power of cupping.
Depending on your health assessment that day, your practitioner will determine whether cupping is appropriate or recommended. While cupping can be a powerful tool for releasing tension and supporting circulation, it may not be indicated for every session. Your treatment plan is always personalized to support your body’s needs in the moment.
Signature Treatments
Gentle aromas invite deep relaxation as therapeutic-grade Snow Lotus Aromatherapy oils are applied to key points, while the subtle vibrations of Acutonics® planetary tuning forks sends calming waves through the body—awakening your senses on every level.
Cupping therapy, with its gentle suction, helps melt muscle tension, promote circulation, and restore energetic balance—amplifying the healing effects of each treatment.
Additional Bodywork
If you’d like to include additional bodywork services like myofascial release or craniosacral massage, please note these services are available
only with Katie as part of your acupuncture session.
Depending on your insurance, bodywork and cupping may be covered—or can be added for a small fee to personalize your care.

If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle accident in Oregon, you may be eligible to receive acupuncture and other rehabilitative care through your auto insurance’s Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage.
What is PIP?
Personal Injury Protection (PIP) is part of every Oregon auto insurance policy.
It provides at least $15,000 in medical benefits for reasonable and necessary health care related to your accident.
PIP covers care for up to 2 years after the date of the accident, or until your benefits are used up (whichever comes first).
What’s Covered with Acupuncture?
PIP covers a wide range of medically necessary treatments, including:
Acupuncture treatments for pain, trauma recovery, whiplash, headaches, stress, and other accident-related injuries.
Complementary therapies provided in your acupuncture sessions, such as cupping, moxibustion, infrared heat therapy, or sound therapy—when used for your accident-related condition.
Bodywork therapies (e.g., myofascial release, craniosacral therapy) if provided as part of your acupuncture care plan.
Prescription herbs or supplements are not covered by insurance, but may be recommended separately.
What’s Required to Start Care?
To bill your PIP claim directly, please provide our clinic with:
Insurance company name and contact information
Claim number
Date of accident
Adjuster’s name and contact information
Doctor’s referral or prescription for acupuncture that includes a diagnosis code for your injury
Once we have this information, we can bill your auto insurance directly so you can begin treatment without delay.
Important Things to Know
No copay or deductible: PIP benefits cover your care in full (until benefits are exhausted).
You may see multiple providers: Acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, and physical therapy can all be covered under PIP, as long as they’re medically necessary.
Treatment is time-limited: You have up to 2 years from the accident date to use your benefits. After that, your regular health insurance (if available) may apply.
Communication is key: Keep in touch with your insurance adjuster and your providers to ensure smooth processing of claims.
Next Steps
If you’ve been injured in a car accident and would like to begin acupuncture treatment:
Gather your insurance and claim details.
Ask your doctor for a referral or prescription with your injury diagnosis.
Provide this information to our clinic at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can verify your benefits.
Schedule your first appointment and start your recovery.
We are here to help you heal. Acupuncture can be a safe and effective way to reduce pain, speed recovery, and restore balance after an accident.
Important: If we do not receive your insurance information at least 48 hours prior to your initial appointment, your visit may need to be rescheduled.

If you’ve been injured at work in Oregon, you may be eligible to receive acupuncture treatments as part of your medical care under your Workers’ Compensation (WC) claim.
What is Workers’ Compensation?

It pays for reasonable and necessary medical treatment related to your work injury, including acupuncture (when prescribed).
What’s Covered with Acupuncture?
Acupuncture sessions for pain management, musculoskeletal injuries, repetitive strain, stress, and other work-related conditions.
Adjunct therapies offered during acupuncture sessions, such as cupping, moxibustion, infrared heat, or sound therapy, when related to your approved diagnosis.
Herbs and supplements are not covered by Workers’ Compensation but may be recommended separately.
What’s Required to Start Care?
To begin treatment at our clinic under a Workers’ Comp claim, please provide:
Insurance company name and contact information
Claim number
Date of injury/accident
Adjuster’s name and contact information
Doctor’s referral or prescription for acupuncture that includes a specific diagnosis code for your injury
Important Things to Know
Referral Required: You must have a referral or prescription from your attending physician with a diagnosis that matches your claim.
Direct Billing: Once we receive your claim information and referral, we will bill Workers’ Compensation directly.
Coverage Limits: The number of sessions covered may be limited and must be medically necessary. Continued care requires approval from your physician and insurance adjuster.
Communication: Your treatment plan must coordinate with your physician and claims adjuster for coverage to continue without interruption.
Next Steps
If you have a Workers’ Compensation claim and would like to receive acupuncture treatment:
Ask your attending physician for a referral or prescription for acupuncture with your work-related diagnosis.
